R III PREMIER LEAGUE 2011 Logo

The US Youth Soccer Southern Regional Premier League (SRPL) provides an opportunity for the most competitive teams in Region III (South) to play each other on a scheduled basis. The league will be comprised of boys and girls in the age groups of Under-14 through Under-18.

Each State Association decides what will be the criteria for selecting teams to be considered for inclusion in the upcoming Southern Regional Premier League season. Typically the prior year’s Premier League champion in an age group, the state cup finalist(s) or the champion of an in-state league are potential candidates. Each State Association is invited to present at least two (2) teams in each age group/gender. Games are scheduled in the fall or the spring, depending on local customs in a sub-region or state.

The intent of the Southern Regional Premier League is to furnish the top teams in the Region the opportunity to play the most competitive schedule for as little cost as possible. We fully understand the cost to play this game and believe that the more money that stays at the local club or association the better opportunities each child will have to develop their playing abilities with club coaches at club facilities.

The Regional Premier League (RPL) is available for U15, U16, U17 and U18 age groups. Each division is targeted to consist of an eight team bracket (2 from the Central, 3 from the East, 3 From the West). Teams qualify for the Regional Premier League through prior year's sub-regional play.

The region is currently divided into three sub-regions:
