2013 US Youth Soccer Region III Presidents Cup | Opening Ceremony
- Teams need to arrive prior to 3:15 to participate
- All teams will be introduced by State
- Each state Determines the player's attire
- Each team is encouraged to exchange gifts of pins, badges, etc with other teams on the floor of the VBC from 3:15 - 3:45pm (this is optional)
- Car parking at the VBC is $5.00
